About Me

Strategist | Executive | Social Entrepreneur | Philosopher | Someone very curious

I am a transformative executive leader, strategist, entrepreneur, and philosopher who has carved out a unique career path across business, government, and NFPs.

My portfolio is comprised of an impressive array of competencies, including organizational strategy, leadership development, innovation and entrepreneurship, systems-thinking, and social impact.

My human-centered approach to leadership and change has led to transformative outcomes across sectors.

As the former CEO / COO of Leadership Victoria – one of the most distinguished leadership organizations in Australia – I steered the NFP from deficit to surplus within a matter of months while onboarding a new team, revitalizing its vision, and elevating its business model.

As the founder and director of ColourSpace, Australia’s first certified arts social enterprise, I created a startup that challenged the status quo on how human-centered work environments can be delivered at scale. In doing so, I have created hundreds of opportunities for local emerging artists and contributed over $150k to local communities.

In my formative background as a management consultant, I was directly responsible for a wide suite of projects ranging from project managing State-wide rollouts of major health programs to writing public discussion papers on gender equality legislation.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend blue sky thinking with pragmatic action, my ability to communicate complex ideas easily, and my ability to deeply listen and see right to the heart of problems.

Area of Focus

I’m one of those annoying people whose work is a bit hard to define, so here are my current areas of focus.
