For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how we think, and how easily we get in our own way.
My journey across business, government, and non-profits wasn’t just a career path; it was a real-world lab. I saw how the root of so many challenges – from personal stagnation to business misalignment and even social friction – was a lack of clarity and perspective.
My core belief? Lasting change starts with a shift in thinking.
It’s not just academic for me; I practice what I preach. At Leadership Victoria, as ACEO, this practice enabled me to transform its strategy and culture in months, not years. Founding ColourSpace Gallery, an arts social enterprise, proved how I can inject fresh thinking into workplaces whilst creating social impact for artists.
People often say I ‘think differently.’ Perhaps it’s my knack for seeing the whole system – the intricate mechanics and the human element – with deep empathy. I build trust fast, creating space for candid conversations where real breakthroughs happen.
