About Me
Leadership Strategist | Entrepreneur | Speaker | Writer | Crazy cat man

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how we think, and how easily we get in our own way.
My 20-year career across business, government, and non-profits has been a real-world lab. I realised that the root of most challenges — from disengaged teams to stalled projects — wasn’t a lack of talent, but an outdated system of leadership and management.
My core belief? Lasting change starts with a change in thinking.
It’s not just academic for me; I practice what I preach. As the former CEO of Leadership Victoria, this practice enabled me to transform its strategy and culture in months, not years. As the Founder of ColourSpace Gallery, Australia’s first arts social enterprise, I proved that it’s possible to inject fresh thinking into workplaces whilst creating social impact for artists.
People I work with all say the same thing: I “think differently.” It’s my ability to see the whole system, the processes and the people, that allows me to bring a level of clarity to complex challenges and create the space for real breakthroughs to occur.
This is why I developed my Curiosity Mindset methodology and Peopleship framework.
As a speaker, advisor, and facilitator, my goal is simple: to help you unlock the human potential at every level of your organisation.
