It all comes in 3s!
Package 1: Growth Package
3x 1.5 hour sessions across 3 months that take you through a specific process of:
- Clarity – Let’s get really clear on what your challenges are
- Divergence – We explore new ways of thinking, new perspectives, and identify practical experiments for you to play with
- Integration – We bring it all back. We learn from our experiments, and start to integrate our learnings into new behaviours
This package is ideal if you’re seeking short, sharp interventions where you want to focus on particular barriers or growth goals.
Fee: $750 ex GST (all additional sessions priced at $250 each)
Package 2: Harthill Leadership Diagnostic Package
This is similar to the Growth Package, except it starts with a diagnostic and assessment tool via the Harthill Leadership Development Framework. This is one of the most comprehensive and robust (and at times challenging) leadership diagnostic tools based on the principles of ego development and sense-making.
It gives you vital insights that help you understand how you make sense of the world, your action logics, which in turn influences your leadership style and impact.
This package involves:

If you’re looking for a leadership diagnostic that doesn’t just tell you ‘what your personality type’ is but instead helps you uncover why you think the way you think, this package is for you.
Fee: $1,350 ex GST (all additional sessions priced at $250 each)
Package 3: Transformation Package
I offer a 3-month retainer program designed to provide you with personalised coaching and guidance, to help you elevate your leadership practice. It involves:

Weekly hour-long conversations and support on any and all topics, whether it’s your personal leadership style or business advisory

You can text me at any time with comments and questions, with responses within 24 hours
This package is ideal if you’re seeking a running mate; someone who will be in your corner and work with you intimately to develop your leadership, from chaos to clarity.
Fee: $10,000 ex GST (each additional week priced at $750 per week, though I’m going to try my hardest so that you don’t need me after 3 months)
